When it comes time to sell your house one of the most cost effective things you can do is paint both inside and out. In some cases just painting the trim or in the case below the shutters and the front door a bright and contrasting color can produce dramatic results.

The effort and time it takes to do this can dramatically affect a sellers sales price. It is said that many buyers will buy a house upon driving up to it. In this case this Livermore house had four offers and sold for well over the asking price!
