FORECAST FOR 2011.
As long as Interest rates remain low we should see more of the same in Pleasanton home sales as well as Livermore home sales.
In fact the last quarter statistically was good for both towns, Livermore had 233 homes pending as of December 13 and Pleasanton had 212 homes pending (in escrow) for the month. Buyers are looking and locking in their low rate and inventory has fallen.
